Wale Performs In Austin Rocking the Signature Wristband
Heading to the “What Dreams May Come Tour” show at the Austin Music Hall I was blessed with the opportunity to link up with hip hop legend in the making and MMG recording artist, Wale before the show. He allowed me on his tour bus and into his world for a minute. We talked about hip hop, sports, and he even played me in a game of NBA 2k14( i lost). He talked about how it made him feel really comfortable that I wasn’t there snapping pictures and really just genuinely taking in the moment. Honestly it felt like I was sitting with one of my buddies from high school rather than an A list celebrity. He also let me listen to some unreleased music that sounded amazing. He spoke on his high hopes for the hip hop industry and what he plans to do to change it for the better. I also got a chance to talk to him about Pray EveryDay To Expect Results™ and left him with a few of the signature wristbands. Ready for the show I was down front and center and Wale came out with no overly shiny watch or bracelet, but just his Pray EveryDay To Expect Results™ signature wristband.Wale is officially the first person to show support to the movement and I’ll never forget that.  I got more than my moneys worth this day and will forever be grateful for the opportunity and moment I was allowed to share. Support Wale and go get his latest album “The Gifted” on itunes.
